Frida’s day – street photography session
The weekend has been planned by Marta: her choice is hard for me to accept but I don’t have alternatives. Unfortunately she found a couple of internet sites about Houston activities, with particular emphasis on the weekends: this means good-bye to the relaxing sofa and welcome to… Frida’s day in Houston!
Of course the focus here are the people: a good opportunity for some street shooting to capture the colors, faces and people’s expressions at a particular area of Houston , the Navigation Esplanade where this fair is held.
It was long time I did not use my zoom lenses ( in this case the 24-105): I still prefer shooting with primes but for this particular occasion I decided to leave the primes home and embrace the flexibility of my general purpose Canon zoom.

Wonderfully, natural photos. Especially love the photo of the little girl with the flower. You will have to use your zoom more often! π Mel
