In the Garden, a Rabbit Speaks of England
Two rabbits in an English garden. Nothing extraordinary, and yet something in their stillness caught my attention.
Gardening is incredibly popular in the UK. Almost every house has a garden, and many have two — a front garden for the world to see, and a back garden kept private. What people choose to display says more than they realise, often with that unmistakable British sense of humour handled so well… and an Italian can’t help but notice.
A small clue, perhaps, to a larger story I’ll explore in the future!
